dr. mottes euphorhythm “patrik” 1992
on space teddy “xs-ep”

recorded live @ the studio of 3phase 1992 in berlin / kreuzberg with the use of no computer. everything is programmed into the machines. no use of midi. synthezisers play arpeggio triggered by drum triggers.

i used the following syntheziser and drummachines:
roland tr 909, roland tr 727, roland juno 60, roland mc 202 & sequential circuits pro one,

am Anfang gab es diese Unterscheidung von Goatarnce noch nicht so stark…erst 1991/92 war es , dass Trance sehr klar von Acidhouse und Tekkno unterschieden wurde….

lasst uns eine Zeitreise machen zurück zu den Anfängen von Goatrance, und die Wurzeln liegen definitiv im EBM, Acidhouse und Newwave

eine Zeitreise zurück ins Jahr 1990, auch mit den dekorativen Elementen dieser Zeit, in ein Jahr, indem die grosse Energiebombe platze….so haben es zumindest wir, die dabeiwaren, es so erlebt…

audiorealism hat einen 303 808 909 clone mit dem namen technoBox für das iphone gebaut und bietet das im appstore an. die kommentare dort sind sehr gut. angeblich soll es der beste existierende clone der roland tb 303 bass line sein. die demos auf youtube sind sehr vielversprechend. ich habe mir das programm dann auch mal runtergeladen. alles für € 7,99

Die Zeit ist reif für eine Reise in die guten alten Zeiten. Wir haben niemand anderes als DR. MOTTE für euch gewinnen können. Er ist einer der Urgesteine des Techno. Durch die Initialisierung der Love Parade und durch viele Releases, nicht nur auf dem legendären Label Space Teddy, hat er wie kaum ein anderer DJ das Lebensgefühl der TECHNO-Szene geprägt. Ihm zu Seite stehen an diesem Abend viele Protagonisten, die in unserer Region dieses Lebensgefühl schon seit Jahren mitprägen und leben.
