Verbot der AfD! – Gemeinsam gegen Rassismus, Verarmung und soziale Ungleichheit! – Schluss mit dem Aufrüstungswahnsinn
Die AfD unter der ideologischen Führung des Rechtsextremisten Björn Höcke hat sich seit ihrer Gründung vor 10 Jahren zu einer rechtsextremistisch ausgerichteten Partei entwickelt. Der Verfassungsschutz hat die AfD-Landesverbände Thüringen, Sachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt sowie die Junge Alternative schon länger als „gesichert rechtsextrem“ eingestuft.
Das Treffen im November in Potsdam, an dem nicht nur AfD-Mitglieder, sondern auch Mitglieder der CDU-nahen „Werteunion“ sowie mittelständische Unternehmer teilgenommen haben, hat endgültig das Fass zum Überlaufen gebracht!
In vielen Städten Deutschlands haben seit dem Bekanntwerden des Treffens insgesamt zwei Millionen Menschen protestiert. – In nicht wenigen Städten nicht nur einmal, sondern immer wieder. Bis heute. Protest und Kundgebungen gehen weiter.
Einer der Hauptgründe für das Erstarken der neonazistischen, gefährlichen AfD ist der massive Sozialabbau sowie das Ansteigen des Armutsrisikos seit dem Jahr 2006 – besonders aber seit den Jahren der Ampel-Regierung. Gerade die Ärmsten in Deutschland trifft aktuell die ungebremste und hohe Inflation bei den Lebensmittelpreisen.
Seit Dezember 2021 regiert die Ampel-Regierung mit einem SPD-Kanzler. Das weckte bei vielen in der Anfangszeit die Hoffnung, dass die Regierung die bereits da schon vorhandene Armut in Deutschland massiv bekämpfen wird. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Bereits Ende 2022 hatte die Inflation in Deutschland mit über 10 Prozent einen Höchstwert. Bis heute sind weiterhin Lebensmittelpreise extrem hoch, obwohl die Inflationsrate insgesamt zurückgegangen ist. Über das Jahr gesehen lag die Teuerungsrate bei den Lebensmitteln bei 12,4 Prozent – betroffen waren nahezu alle Nahrungsmittelgruppen. Brot und Getreideerzeugnisse wurden etwa 16,4 Prozent teurer.
Die weiterhin ungebremste Verarmung von Teilen der Bevölkerung spielt für die Bundesregierung keine Rolle. Sie ist ein öffentliches Tabu: in Parlamenten, in der Presse, im Fernsehen. Gleichzeitig ist die zunehmende Hetze gegen ALG2-Empfänger, Arbeitslose und Flüchtlinge weiterhin ein beliebtes Thema bei den verantwortlichen Parteien im Bundestag. Statt sofortige Maßnahmen zur Veränderung der katastrophal existenziellen Situation der Ärmsten im Land zu beschließen, wird im Parlament in abwertender, menschenverachtender Form gegen sie gehetzt.
Es geht auch nicht nur um die rasant zunehmende Verarmung großer Teile der Bevölkerung, u.a. alte Menschen und Kinder, sondern um die Schaffung eines dringend notwendigen Sofortprogramms für den Bau von Millionen preisgünstiger Sozialwohnungen in den Städten.
Entgegen der Notwendigkeit zum sofortigen Handeln betreibt der Bundeskanzler – nach seinem 100-Milliarden-Aufrüstungsprogramm für die Bundeswehr im Jahr 2022 – nun noch eine weitere Aufrüstungsoffensive, die – im Zusammenhang mit der Tatsache der abstürzenden deutschen Wirtschaft – erst recht keinen Spielraum mehr offen lässt für Soziales, für den Wohnungsbau, für Bildung, für Klimaschutz. Die Weichen für das Handeln der Ampel werden ungebrochen weiter in Richtung Aufrüstung und Krieg gestellt.
Über 2300 KünstlerInnen und Kulturschaffende, andere Persönlichkeiten und Organisationen haben seit Sommer 2009 den bundesweiten Aufruf www.unruhestiften.de unterzeichnet. Es ist ein Aufruf gegen rechts, gegen die Abwälzung der Krisenfolgen und für die Umverteilung von oben nach unten, gegen die Kriegspolitik der Bundesregierung – und für die Förderung der kulturellen Vielfalt.

Ban the AfD! – Together against racism, impoverishment and social inequality! – An end to the armament madness
The AfD, under the ideological leadership of right-wing extremist Björn Höcke, has developed into a right-wing extremist party since it was founded 10 years ago. The Office for the Protection of the Constitution has long categorised the AfD state associations in Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt as well as the Junge Alternative as „definitely right-wing extremist“.
The meeting in Potsdam in November, which was attended not only by AfD members, but also by members of the CDU-affiliated „Werteunion“ (Union of Values) and small and medium-sized business owners, finally broke the camel’s back!
Since the meeting became known, a total of two million people have protested in many German cities. – In quite a few cities, not just once, but again and again. Until today. Protests and rallies continue.
One of the main reasons for the rise of the neo-Nazi, dangerous AfD is the massive social cuts and the increase in the risk of poverty since 2006 – but especially since the years of the traffic light government. The poorest people in Germany are currently being hit particularly hard by the unchecked and high inflation in food prices.
Since December 2021, the coalition government has been in power with an SPD chancellor. In the early days, this raised hopes among many that the government would massively combat the poverty that already existed in Germany. The opposite was the case. By the end of 2022, inflation in Germany had already peaked at over 10 per cent. Food prices remain extremely high to this day, although the overall inflation rate has fallen. Over the year as a whole, the rate of food inflation was 12.4 per cent – affecting almost all food groups. Bread and cereal products became around 16.4 per cent more expensive.
The continuing unchecked impoverishment of parts of the population plays no role for the federal government. It is a public taboo: in parliaments, in the press, on television. At the same time, the increasing agitation against ALG2 recipients, the unemployed and refugees continues to be a favourite topic among the responsible parties in the Bundestag. Instead of adopting immediate measures to change the catastrophically existential situation of the poorest people in the country, they are being agitated against in a derogatory, inhuman way in parliament.
It is not just about the rapidly increasing impoverishment of large sections of the population, including old people and children, but also about the creation of an urgently needed immediate programme for the construction of millions of affordable social housing units in cities.
n spite of the need for immediate action, the Federal Chancellor – following his 100-billion-euro rearmament programme for the Bundeswehr in 2022 – is now pursuing yet another rearmament offensive, which – in the context of the crashing German economy – leaves even less room for social issues, housing construction, education and climate protection. The course for the actions of the traffic light government continues to be set in the direction of armament and war.
Over 2,300 artists and cultural professionals, other personalities and organisations have signed the nationwide appeal www.unruhestiften.de since summer 2009. It is an appeal against the right, against passing on the consequences of the crisis and in favour of redistribution from top to bottom, against the federal government’s war policy – and for the promotion of cultural diversity.
